Group work - support groups, women's groups of different directions.
Individual and group work with schoolchildren and students - psychological assistance during preparation for exams, tests, public speaking and other important events.
Working with parents - help in resolving conflicts (conflicts within the family related to the upbringing and education of children, parent-teacher conflict, parental motivation).
Working with adults and children - teaching the skills of self-discipline, planning and motivation to achieve goals.
I do counseling in Russian, Ukrainian and English.
